LAKSHMI PRASANNAThe Maverick in BangaloreLakshmi is Co-Founder at Leadership Mavericks, and has 18 years of experience in handling projects related to CXO levels. Her experience covers various industries like Telecom, Application Services, Semiconductor, E-Commerce and Hardware.She was most recently part of the Global Technology Practice at Stanton Chase and helped add clients from industries Animation and Telecom VAS to the existing client base.Prior to that at Korn Ferry International, she was a Senior Associate on the Global Technology Markets team where her primarily responsibility entailed engaging with the client end-to-end with regards to their executive hiring.At Heidrick & Struggles before that, she was part of the Global Technology & Services practice based in New Delhi in India, and was a member of the Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) practice.She has worked closely with global technology majors like Microsoft, Dell, SAP, VMware, Dreamworks, Cognizant, IBM and Indian technology giants like Wipro, Satyam, TCS, and L&T Infotech, amongst many others, to help build stronger leadership teams.In all her roles, she has been part of many projects for future hiring and succession planning for global companies.She graduated in Sociology and Psychology and has a Masters degree from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resources Management (SCMHRD).

MONIKA PATHAKThe Maverick in DelhiMonika is Co-Founder at Leadership Mavericks with 20 years of experience in global executive search firms, and leading teams in large corporates.She was most recently part of the Global Technology Practice at Stanton Chase based out of the Delhi office and helped bring in new clients in Consulting and IT space.Prior to joining Stanton Chase she was the Executive Hiring Lead for all leadership roles at Cisco across Engineering, Sales and the Services business in India. She was responsible for creating the talent strategy; demand planning, business engagement and providing market intelligence to the key executives.Prior to Cisco, she worked with Heidrick & Struggles as Engagement Manager for the Global Technology & Services Practice in India. She has worked on critical mandates across CXO functions like CEO, COO, HR, CFO, Sales, R&D, Corporate affairs, Business Heads, supporting organisations to build and strengthen their impact in the market.Monika has experience across talent acquisition and executive search with multinational organizations and large Indian conglomerates in the software, hardware, ITES and professional services sectors. Some of the key clients she has worked with are Ernst & Young, Microsoft, HP, Dell, Computer Associates, Accenture, Unisys, Cisco, Capgemini.Monika has a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Lady Shriram College, Delhi University.

Most recently, at a global leadership advisory firm, she partnered with leading universities in their search and
selection for talent at Director and CEO levels. Previously, as the Global Knowledge Manager for Education &
Non-profit Practice at a global search firm, she partnered on searches in the international K-12 education space.She has also executed on assignments with corporate clients across a spectrum of functions - notably in the
Financial Officers and HR functions. She has a good understanding of tech companies from her stint with
